4 Ways To Register

1. Download the Instant Registration form online and complete using Microsoft Word. Send attach via email to: synergydance2008@yahoo.ca. Pay your fees through PayPal.
   Remember to also download and print a copy of the liability release and bring it with you the day of competition.
   
   
2. At your participating studio, return your registration form/signed liability release and payment to your studio before the end of Jan 2008. Pay via Cash, Money Order, Pre-dated Cheque, Credit Card or PayPal. Studio must be a registered attending studio. Please check with your studio for details.
   
   
3. Via Fax (604-939-2930) with a Credit Card Payment or PayPal online within 48 hours. Fax and payment MUST be received no later than Feb 1st 2008.
   
   
4. With a Credit Card Payment, Pre-dated Cheque or PayPal within 48 hours Via standard Mail to arrive before Feb 1st 2008:
